Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to process my FBA shipment??
Most shipments are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive your inventory. Large or specialized batches may require additional time. We always notify you if processing time changes.
Can you create bundles, multipacks, and custom packaging?
Yes. We create bundles based on your instructions, including polybagging, bubble wrapping, barcode placement, insert cards, and branded materials (if provided).
Do you accept deliveries from suppliers and retail stores?
Yes. We receive shipments from wholesalers, distributors, and retail stores. If your supplier requires appointments or palletized LTL deliveries, we can coordinate that as well.
What costs should I expect?
Our pricing includes receiving, prep, labeling, bundling, and FBM fulfillment. Storage fees apply only if inventory stays longer than the included free period which is 30 days . A detailed pricing sheet is available here.
Do you offer FBM fulfillment?
Yes. We ship Monday–Saturday and offer same-day fulfillment for orders received before the cutoff time 11:59 AM. We support USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Do you help with returns?
Yes. We can receive, inspect, repackage, and return items to FBA or dispose of them based on your instructions.
